These are needed for the website, app, setup flow, security, or demo experience to work. They may be set without consent where they are strictly necessary for a service you request.
- Cookie banner choice: remembers that you have seen or accepted the cookie notice.
- Preloader/session storage: remembers that the homepage loading animation has already played in your session.
- Setup wizard storage: keeps setup choices and progress while you move through the onboarding flow.
- Login/session storage: supports secure account login and keeps you signed in where applicable.
- Demo protection storage: helps limit repeated Speak to Barry demo attempts and protect the service from misuse.
- Security and error logs: help us keep the website and app reliable and secure.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, such as authentication, voice demo, calendar booking, payment, hosting, and security tools. These may include Supabase, Vercel, Vapi, Daily, Stripe, Google Calendar, and similar providers depending on the active feature.
Analytics and marketing cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only if you choose to accept analytics cookies. GA4 helps us understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, and campaign performance. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling, page behaviour, and where people struggle with the website. We do not currently use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required before setting non-essential cookies.
We also record limited first-party website and setup events, such as Book a Demo clicks, package selection, setup step progress, and Speak to Barry actions. These events are used to understand whether the website and setup flow are working, and they do not intentionally include names, phone numbers, emails, or call contents.
How to manage cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the website, login, setup wizard, customer app, or demo call experience from working properly.
The website cookie banner lets you choose "Accept analytics" or "Essential only". You can also clear your choice in your browser settings by deleting site data for dogandboneai.co.uk.
